May 12, 2021 - Fortunately, Legislature Has Time to Decide How to Appropriate Its Federal Funds. The state has until December 31, 2024 t o spend its federal ARP allocation. As such, we recommend the Legislature not allocate all of the ARP funds available to the state as part of its 2021 ‑ 22 b udget.
