MOU Fiscal Analysis: Bargaining Unit 8 (Firefighters)

Aug 14, 2024 - This provision under the agreement would apply to all state employees represented by Unit 8 except employees who work in the classification of Battalion Chief or in a “specialty class. ” (Specialty classes include Forestry Assistant I and II; Forestry Technician; Forestry Aide; Aviation Officer I, II, and III [Flight Operations]; Aviation Officer I, II, and II [Maintenance]; Fire Prevention Specialist I and II; and Forestry Logistics Officer I.)
