Feb 10, 2026 - AB  1207 Extended and Modified the Cap-and-Invest Program. In September 2025, the Legislature adopted AB  1207, which extended the cap-and-invest program through 2045. Assembly Bill 1207 also made various changes to the program, including to the California Climate Credit.
