Online sports wagering. [Ballot]

Oct 20, 2021 - This tax is applied to the amount a person bets. Additionally, the measure authorizes DOSBC to take va rious enforcement actions, including requiring people making such bets to register with DOSBC, requiring entities illegally offering online sports wagering to disclose the names of people who make wagers with them, and blocking access to illegal sites accepting sports wagers.

Renewable energy (Amendment #1). [Ballot]

Aug 22, 2023 - The measure requires neighboring properties that choose to purchase electricity from the new solar farms to also maintain customer accounts with their existing LSE. It also requires those LSEs to provide these customers with the same terms for the purchase of electricity and sale of excess electricity as they provide to the nearest existing rooftop solar system within their ser vice area.

Nov 10, 2025 - Disallows insurance brokers from receiving a fee from an insurance customer if they also receive commission from an insurer for the same transaction. The total compensation a broke r can receive for a single transaction would be capped at 15  percent.
