The 2021-22 Budget: Creating a New Department of Better Jobs and Higher Wages

Feb 10, 2021 - According to the administration ’s budget change proposal for the new department, released last year, consolidating the entities will ( 1)  i mprove equity for all workforce participants, ( 2)  p rovide efficiency by bringing the programs together, and ( 3)  e nhance customer service for workers and employers.
