California Public Utilities Commission and wildfires. [Ballot]

Nov 3, 2021 - Upon request by the State Fire Chief, monies in the fund must be made available to immediately assist victims of wildfires with their housing, food, and other basic needs. The State Fire Chief is required to develop guidelines for how and when the funds will be made availab le to victims.
