Sep 27, 2022 - AB 156’s changes to current ODI’s statutory authority in anticipation of the new ODI include (but are not limited to) (1) the new ODI’s mission and activities, (2) the creation of a Chief Data Officer (CDO) position in statute (including related activities and responsibilities), and (3) updates to current ODI’s reporting requirements to reflect new ODI’s mission and activities.
