Nov 23, 2021 - Employees would no longer be able to file PA GA lawsuits in the trial courts, resulting in decreased workload for those types of cases. On the other hand, trial courts could receive an increased number of appeals of Labor Com missioner decisions or an increased number of class-action lawsuits or other civil filings that otherwise would have been pursued as PAGA lawsuits.

Dec 27, 2021 - For tribes offering sports wagering under individual tribal-state compacts or federal gaming regulations, pa yments into these funds would only occur if required by the compact or regulations. Under the measure, monies in TSW-RSTF would be considered tribal revenues that are distributed to federally recognized tribes in the state that either do not operate casinos or ope rate casinos with less than 350 slot machines.
