Congressional districts in California. [Ballot]

Dec 29, 2025 - The 2021 maps were used in the 2022 and 2024 congressional elections. Proposition  50 (2025). In November 2025, California voters approved Proposition  50, replacing the 2021 maps with new legislatively drawn congressional district maps (Proposition  50 maps).

Peace officer use of force. [Ballot]

Oct 12, 2021 - Peace officers can also be sued in federal court. However, federal courts have ruled that peace officers have certain immunities that limit their liability to such lawsuits. For example, if officers did not violate a person ’s clearly established constitutional right with their actions, the officers cannot be sued in federal court for those actions.

Housing assistance program for certain University of California employees. [Ballot]

Oct 27, 2025 - Created in 2022, the California Dream for All (DFA) program offers down-payment assistance to first-time homebuyers with incomes below a certain level (150  percent of the area median income). The California Housing Finance Authority administers this program.
