Mar 25, 2016 - In order to better understand the outcomes of PAGA litigation, we further recommend that the Legislature amend PAGA to require more detail in initial PAGA notices, require that LWDA receive copies of PAGA complaints and any settlement agreements, and require that notices to LWDA related to PAGA claims be submitted through an online system, consistent with the Governor ’s proposal.
