Proposed Constitutional and Statutory Measure Related to Gaming [Ballot]

Jan 3, 2020 - Specifically, persons or entities that become aware of any person engaging in behavior prohibited by these state gaming laws may file a civil action in court seeking penalties of up to $10,000 per violation and request a court order to stop the illegal behavior.
