Feb 28, 2017 - California ’s leading crops in 2015 were fruits, nuts, and vegetables. Over one-third of the nation ’s vegetables and two-thirds of its fruits and nuts are grown in California. The state is also a major port of entry for agricultural products imported from other countries.
