The 2023-24 Budget: Proposed Fund Shift for CHP and DMV Capital Projects

Feb 27, 2023 - Using $127   Million in Lease Revenue Bonds for the Next Phases of Certain Projects. The Governor also proposes to fund the upcoming construction ‑related phases of a few continuing projects in 2023 ‑24 with lease revenue bonds, rather than with General Fund as the administration had originally planned.
