The 2024-25 Budget: Judicial Branch

Feb 23, 2024 - The 2020 ‑21 budget included $11  million in ongoing funding from the TCTF to reflect the additional amount of revenue available to support the program after Chapter  217 of 2019 (AB  330, Gabriel) increased the amount of certain post-judgement civil filing fees that are available to support the program.
