Apr 3, 2020 - The SBA cannot forgive PPP loans without documentation and cannot forgive amounts that are used for ineligible purposes, such as to buy inventory or equipment. (Amounts not forgiven will be treated as a regular five-year loan with a 1 percent interest rate.)
