Nov 14, 2025 - Up to $15  million annually for the CCPU Training Partnership Fund, which supports the training of CCPU members. Annual deposits into these funds are required through 2027-28, contingent upon CCPU providing DOF with annual reports that describe the distribution of funds in the prior year and the remaining balance.

Given the alternative methodology and a new collective bargaining agreement may not be finalized prior to the June  15 deadline to pass a budget, the Legislature may want to plan for costs associated with the new rates in 2025 ‑26.
