Nov 5, 2024 - Sea-Level Rise and Coastal Areas ($1.2  Billion).  Most of this money would pay for activities to restore coastal areas and protect them from the effects of rising sea levels ($890  million). This could include restoring wetlands so they can serve as buffers to rising sea levels.

Oct 15, 2021 - Authorizes State to Sell Bonds to Fund Water Supply Projects. The measure authorizes CWC to sell bonds to generate additional “up-front ” funding to pay for new water supply projects. It would allow up to half of the annual funding set aside from the General Fund to be used to pay off the principal and interest for any such bonds that CWC decides to sell.
