| Finding or Recommendation: | Withhold until May Revision. Technical adjustments may be necessary at that time. Direct CDCR to adjust its budget to correctly reflect the number of High Risk Sex Offender (HRSO) treatment slots that will be available in 2012-13. Direct CDCR to report at budget hearings on sex offender treatment being provided to non-HRSOs and separately budget funding for these offenders. |
