| Finding or Recommendation: | Reject the Governor’s January budget proposal to augment the police grants program by $7.5 million due to lack of justification. Approve the proposed change to provisional language which would clarify that all cities, including those that contract for police services, are eligible to receive a share of the grant funds. |
