| Finding or Recommendation: | Withhold action on the administration’s proposal to make the 211 nursing positions for medication distribution permanent until the Receiver has reported on the staffing methodology he is currently in the process of implementing, as well as how expected declines in workload will affect the number of positions needed in the future. |
