Minimum amount of charity care nonprofit hospitals must provide. [Ballot]

Dec 18, 2015 - This measure requires nonexempt hospitals to file an annual report to the AG that includes the amount of charity care provided in the previous fiscal year. In lieu of this report, a nonprofit hospital can elect to include this information in its community benefit plan currently required by state law.
