Aug 22, 2023 - The measure requires CalRecycle to use the funding it receives from landfills and NGD Consortium as follows: (1)  50  percent to establish individual custodial accounts for students to use on higher education costs and (2)  50  percent to support public schools (defined by the measure as school districts, charter schools, and students who are home schooled).
