The 2020-21 Budget: School District Budget Trends

Jan 21, 2020 - The Governor ’s budget plan contains a total of $3. 3  b illion in new Proposition  98 (198 8) f unding for school districts ($1. 4  b illion ongoing and $1. 9  b illion one time). The Governor uses most of the ongoing funding increase to provide a cost ‑of ‑living adjustment (COLA) for the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF).
