The 2025-26 California Spending Plan: Other Provisions

Oct 16, 2025 - The budget package increases the annual allocation of credits available under the Film and Television Tax Credit from $330  million to $750  million. This increase applies to version 4.0 of the program from fiscal years 2025-26 through 2029-30 and is estimated to reduce state revenues by $209  million per year by 2028-29, and more than this in subsequent years.

Mar 23, 2017 - In its response to the NGA on February 7 , the Governor’s Office listed more than $100 billion in possible California infrastructure projects, including expanding and improving the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) purple line, the Metro project to connect the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) central terminal area to the Crenshaw/LAX and green Metro line, and the orange bus rapid transit (BRT) line.

The 2018-19 Budget: Administration of the 2017 Housing Package

Feb 8, 2018 - Their request is in line with the administrative cost estimates presented in the bill analyses for the various elements of the housing package. In addition, the portion of their request intended to begin implementation of the SB 3 bond (38 staff) is in line with HCD ’s past request of 45 staff for the first year of implementation of Proposition  1C-a similar housing bond approved by the state ’s voters in 2006.
