Feb 14, 2019 - In 2017 ‑18, SWRCB estimates the DWSRF disbursed about $ 301  m illion in new DWSRF financing for 26 p lanning and construction projects to address drinking water issues. SWRCB also administers other temporary programs to improve access to safe and affordable drinking water.
