Apr 1, 1983 - Chapter 1256, Statutes of 1980, requires the Legislative Analyst to report annually on any previously unfunded mandates for which funding was provided by the Legislature in a claims bill during the prior fiscal year. This report reviews those mandates funded initially in one of the following three claims bills: (I) Ch 1090/81 (SB 1261), (2) Ch 28/82 (AB 171), and (3) Ch 1586/82 (AB 2675).
