The 2023-24 California Spending Plan: Transportation

Oct 16, 2023 - First, it provides $4.5  million annually from the General Fund from 2023-24 through 2025-26 for Caltrans to continue and expand its encampment coordinator team to 30 positions. (This team was initiated when the department received $2.7  million from the General Fund in both 2021-22 and 2022-23 for 20 positions.)
