The 2020-21 Spending Plan: Early Education

Oct 26, 2020 - Proposition  98 and Non-Proposition  98 General Fund were reduced by $144  million and $445  million, respectively. These decreases were partially offset by increases in federal funds ($443  million) and Proposition  64 funds ($44  million).
