Oct 7, 2025 - The measure also allows the state to pay for the new program using Proposition  98 funds that are currently reserved for public schools. As part of this change, it would modify the calculation of the Proposition  98 funding requirement to include the attendance of students participating in this program (in addition to students attending public schools).

Sep 5, 2017 - Oroville Dam Flood Control ($222  Million). The measure provides $200  million for the repair and reconstruction of the spillways at the Oroville Dam, which were damaged in 2017. It also provides $22  million to undertake sediment removal, flood control, and emergency preparedness activities downstream from the dam.
