Mar 21, 2018 - Since ( 1)  M CPs ’ costs in paying for 340B prescription drugs can be higher than covered entities ’ costs in purchasing them and ( 2)  s tate payments to MCPs generally reflect MCPs ’ costs, the state may ultimately reimburse covered entities for 340B prescription drugs at higher than their 340B costs.
