In 2020 ‑21, the caseload is estimated to continue to grow by 4.1  percent to 581,901 (0.4  percentage points less than the January estimate).

The 2025-26 Budget: The California State Payroll System IT Project

This proposal would provide all colleges with at least as much funding as they received under certain calculations in 2024 ‑ 25 —regardless of the number of students they serve in the future.
