Oct 22, 2021 - The spending plan provides $677,225 ongoing from the General Fund to implement CDPH ’s responsibilities pursuant to Chapter  84 of 2020 (AB  685, Reyes), which requires employers to report COVID-19 outbreaks (defined as three or more cases within a 14-day period) to their local public health department.
