May 17, 2017 - The Governor ’s May Revision budget proposal estimates Medi-Cal General Fund spending in 2016 ‑17 to be $18.9  billion, a $620  million reduction compared to the Governor ’s January budget estimate of General Fund Medi-Cal spending.
