Feb 25, 2025 - Figure  3 shows the time line based on our discussions with the administration and current law. Indicates an Approved Reorganization Would Be Phased in Over Multiple Years. While the statutory time line would allow the reorganization plan to be approved by summer 2025 (2025-26 budget year), the administration intends for actual implementation to occur over several years.
