Tax Expenditure Programs: Property Taxes Part 3

The program generally exempts up to $40,000 of assessed value for veterans who have lost tw o or more limbs or are blind in both eyes. Totally disabled veterans (as determined by the U.S. Department of Veterans' Affairs) receive exemptions of up to $100,000 of assessed va lue.
