Mar 23, 2017 - In LA  2024 ’s MOU with the city, Olympic organizers agree —beginning in 2022 —to start setting aside funds in the allocated contingency account. The bulk of LA  2024 ’s revenues would be received in 2023 and 2024, and under the agreement with the city, this allocated contingency is scheduled to have a $70  million balance set aside by early 2024, with the remaining $180  million to be deposited in early 2025.
