The 2017-18 Budget: Analysis of Child Care and Preschool Proposals

Mar 16, 2017 - Nearly one ‑third of funds supported 57 Resource and Referral agencies (R &Rs), which collect data on child care providers and help parents find child care in their area. The remaining funds supported various activities, including licensing enforcement, development of early learning resources, and local planning activities.
