The 2015-16 Budget: California Spending Plan

Oct 19, 2015 - Expands EOPS. The budget provides $35 million to restore EOPS to its pre –recession funding level. This program provides academic and support counseling, financial aid, and other support services to help disadvantaged students meet their educational goals.
