Under the measure, the retail sale of recreational marijuana would be limited to areas zoned for commercial, manufacturing, or industrial uses. In addition, the measure states tha t recreational marijuana may be cultivated, manufactured, and stored on premises zoned for agricultural, manufacturing, or industrial use.
