The 2018-19 Budget: California Hiring Tax Credits

Mar 15, 2018 - Lowers Floor on Qualified Wages. While the existing credit is based on the portion of wages between 150  p ercent and 350  p ercent of the minimum wage, the proposed credit would lower the floor of that range to 100  p ercent of the minimum wage.
