Jan 20, 2026 - Civil penalties on covered co mpanies may be assessed as a percentage of annual gross revenue, beginning at 5 percent for initial violations and increasing to as much as 100 percent for violations that remain u ncured over specified time periods.

Revising the State Constitution. [Ballot]

Mar 24, 2026 - U nder the measure, voters could submit revisions for consideration to the Legislature, and then ultimately return the revisions back to the voters for approval. In addition, propone nts of successful constitutional revisions would be able to submit a certain number of initiatives to voters directly (without collecting signatures).
