Feb 17, 2026 - Specifically, from 2021 ‑22 (the year before MCS was revamped) to 2024 ‑25, resident undergraduate enrollment increased by 7.5  percent and 2.1  percent at UC and CSU, respectively. Average MCS Award Amount Increased by About Half Between Original and Revamped Program.
