Mar 2, 2026 - As shown in Figure  13 , the Governor ’s proposed budget updates the estimated savings for several budget solutions enacted in the 2025 ‑26 Budget Act . The total savings across all budget solutions is lower, with a $400  million reduction in savings in 2025 ‑26 and a $200  million net reduction in 2026 ‑27.
