Mar 25, 2025 - CDE selected Tulare COE as the lead technical assistance provider, and selected eight COEs to serve as regional technical assistance centers. K ‑16 Education Collaboratives. The 2021 ‑22 budget package provided $250  million non ‑Proposition  98 General Fund to the Department of General Services for a competitive grant program to support regional collaboratives.
