The 2026-27 Budget: Judicial Branch

Feb 11, 2026 - The judicial branch currently receives about $80  million annually —$65  million from the SCFCF and $15.4  million from the General Fund —for use at Judicial Council ’s discretion. Judicial Council maintains a list of modification projects and categorizes them into one of six priority categories (such as “immediately or potentially critical ” or “beyond rated life but serviceable ”).
