Oct 25, 2021 - These requirements range from daily instruction for TK through grade 3 to weekly instruct ion for high school students. In addition, LEAs must establish procedures for reengaging with independent study students who do not meet certain requirements, such as students who have completed less than 60  percent of their assigned work in one week, participated in less than 60  percent of scheduled synchronous instruction in one month, or violated their independent study agreement.
