Oct 18, 2021 - This plan includes (1) $1.8  billion in continuous appropriations, (2) $186  million in other existing spending commitments, and (3) $1.5  billion in discretionary spending. The plan assumes about $2.8  billion in auction revenue in 2021 ‑22, about $700  million carried over from the end of 2020 ‑21, and $60  million in interest income accrued to the fund.
