The 2026-27 Budget: Office of Emergency Services Next Generation 911 System

Feb 27, 2026 - This roadmap projected that the system would be completed around 2015. 2013 to 2018 —Project Moves to OES and Design Validated. Responsibility for public safety communications (including the 911  system) was subsequently transferred to OES in 2013 through budget action during the Brown administration.

Mar 10, 2021 - PEPRA of 2013 (Chapter 296 of 2012 [AB 340, Furutani]) made changes to pension benefits structures for public employees, including teachers. As a result, CalSTRS’ benefits for members hired prior to when PEPRA took effect (January 1, 2013) are different from benefits for those hired after PEPRA took effect (January 1, 2013 and later).

The 2022-23 Budget: Secretary of State Request to Waive Business Filing Fees

Feb 7, 2022 - For example, between 2011 ‑12 and 2020 ‑21, year ‑over ‑year growth in revenues ranged from a 40  percent increase in revenues between 2013 ‑14 and 2014 ‑15 (from $50.7  million to $71.1  million) and a 5  percent decrease between 2017 ‑18 and 2018 ‑19 (from $87.8  million to $83.3  million).
