Proposition 2 [Ballot]

Nov 5, 2024 - Proposition  2 allows school districts that are unable to raise at least $15  million from local bonds (up from $5  million) to apply for additional state funding. This amount would increase by inflation in future years.

Jan 24, 2022 - California ’s minimum wage currently is $15  per hour for employers with 26 employees or more. The state ’s minimum wage is $14 per hour for employers with 25 employees or fewer. This will increase to $15 per hour on January 1, 2023.
