Nov 4, 2025 - District 27, which is to the right of District 26, was incorrectly labeled as District 22. This typographical error has been corrected. YES/NO STATEMENT A YES vote on this measure means: The state would use new, legislatively drawn congressional district maps starting in 2026.

Sep 4, 2025 - As of February 10, 2025, about 85  percent of the roughly 27  million people eligible to vote in California were registered to vote. People can register to vote through the Secretary of State ’s website, in person at their county elections official ’s office, through the mail, or through the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).

Personal finance education. [Ballot]

Oct 25, 2023 - By the 2026-27 school year, schools must offer a one-semester personal finance course to high school students. The course could either be an existing personal finance co urse that has been approved as meeting the A-G requirements or a locally developed course approved by the local governing board.

Managed care organization tax. [Ballot]

Oct 27, 2023 - The measure would increase the limit by the size of the MCO tax fo r four years starting in 2025-26 and could increase taxes subject to the limit beginning as early as 2026-27. After the temporary increase ends, the measure could somewhat increase the chances that the state would eventually collect revenues in excess of the limit.
